Background
Meredith Virant has practiced for the last 3 years in Yakima, Snohomish, Kitsap and Pierce counties, representing indigent clients in criminal and dependency cases. She graduated from Thomas Cooley School of Law after obtaining her undergraduate degree at Gonzaga University. Meredith grew up in the Seattle area prior to attending college and has been very involved in volunteer community services for several years. Meredith is currently on the Board of Bar Examiners for the Washington State Bar Association and has served as a Committee Chair for the Continuing Legal Education section of the Young Lawyers Division of WSBA.
Her client philosophy is anchored in teaching each client as an individual and creating a specific case plan to best accomplish client-stated goals. She remains a positive point of reference in providing each client with resources to positively change their lives in the future.
