There are two primary classifications of arson in Washington. Depending on the nature of the offense, a defendant may face up to life in prison and a fine of up to $50,000, though the particular penalties will vary. At our firm, we are highly experienced criminal lawyers who are ready, willing and able to stand up for our clients' rights in the face of arson charges. If you are under investigation by state or federal law enforcement or have already been taken into custody, you will need to move quickly and exercise your right to legal counsel in order to challenge these charges.

Seattle criminal defense attorney at our firm can help. In handling arson or any type of criminal charges for a client, we take care to address their individual needs and concerns in order to work out a more effective strategy that will offer the best chance at a dismissal or acquittal. We handle both first and second degree arson cases in the Seattle area.
